If you plan to stay at the forum hotel, we encourage you to reserve your room as soon as you receive your forum registration confirmation. The forum will be held at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill. 

Reservations
To receive the special room rate negotiated for forum attendees, please see below for instructions on using the Passkey system. 

Rooms are available for the forum at the prevailing US government per diem rate: $201 per night for single occupancy, plus 14.5% for applicable state and local taxes. Additionally, the following rates are available to forum attendees:

Double Occupancy:

Triple Occupancy:

$ 251.00

Quadruple Occupancy:

$ 276.00

►  To receive the per diem rate, you must reserve your room by January 24, 2008.

To make a reservation, use the Passkey online reservation system. To access Passkey:

  1. Go to: https://resweb.passkey.com/Resweb.do?mode=welcome_gi_new&groupID=99913
  2. Under “Search Available Rooms,” select your check-in and check-out dates, and select the number of rooms and number of guests per room.
  3. Click on “Search Rooms.”
  4. After you have booked your room, you will receive an email with an acknowledgement number. You may use this number to view your reservation online, where you can modify or cancel your reservation.
